These cards are restricted-use instruments and may only be redeemed with merchants approved by HammerPay. They are not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred for unrestricted use, and may only be used to acquire goods and services from authorized retail and service providers.

Digital Delivery Policy

Our digital cards may only be used at participating merchants expressly authorized by HammerPay. Physical cards are not shipped or delivered. All redemptions occur through the HammerPay digital platform.


Refund & Cancellation Policy


4.1 Refunds

All purchases of prepaid digital cards are final and non-refundable, except in cases of demonstrable system error or billing issue attributable to HammerPay.


4.2 Request Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 calendar days of purchase. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and outcomes are determined at HammerPay’s sole discretion.
